This one-off mag in Japanese has background information
on (the title of the feature is in English) "How to order first
tattoo". I love their creative use of languages!

Tattoo Burst is behind this one. They used an awful lot
of pics I had seen before in some of their issues. Including
stuff from their Tokyo Convention 1999 (possibly 2000)
report.

About half of all the pages make up an extensive list of
tattoo parlous in Japan, including pics of works by the
artists. Therefore possibly interesting to some of you for
finding out about what's going on tattoo-wise in Nippon.
